How do I Become a Retail Account?
You must call the Sales Representative in your territory who will give you an application to fill out. They will review your application and if it meets our standards and criteria, your sales representative will open a new account for you.

When will my order be processed?
If your order fits all authorization criteria, then all orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm MST will ship out the same business day. All other orders will ship on the following business day.
WE DO NOT SHIP OR DELIVER ON HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS.
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons and more information may be requested to provide proof of identity. *These reasons are subject to change at any time.
- Different billing & shipping addresses entered
- Past history of fraud or chargeback has been assigned
- Unable to verify billing address information (i.e. non US credit cards)

YES! We ship to most international destinations. We ONLY ship to the following countries with $9 flat rate shipping. Delivery arrival varies based on country and verification needed.

What is your return & exchange policy for clearance/sale/discontinued merchandise purchased online?
We currently DO NOT allow for refunds on clearance/sale/discountinued items purchased online. We want you to be 100% satisfied and confident with your online purchase from bsquareclothing.com. If you are not satisfied with the quality or it just doesn't fit right, within 14 days of purchase we will allow you to exchange your merchandise for any other merchandise in stock of the same value. Can I host my own event using the B. Square name?
NO.
B. Square Clothing and Entertainment, Inc rarely lends our name to another company or person for usage without a partnership agreement.
In special circumstances, B. Square Clothing and Entertainment, Inc. will partner with an organization in order to promote the brand of both companies. In these instances, B. Square Clothing and Entertainment, Inc. will list the event in the "Events" section of our website. B. Square Clothing will also send a representative and promotional products.
If an event is being held in your area that is not listed in the "Events" section on our website, please contact marketing@bsquareclothing.com. We take copyright infringement issues very seriously. Any party attempting to hold an event in the name of B. Square Clothing and Entertainment, Inc. without written permission from B. Square Clothing is infringing on copyrights held by B. Square Clothing and Entertainment, Inc. Infringement on copyrights will result in legal consequences.
Permission Requests
Permission to use the B. Square Clothing logo or name must be submitted in writing to: marketing@bsquareclothing.com.
All submissions should be no longer than one-page, double-spaced. A short well-written and concise synopsis for reason of usage is greatly appreciated. Do not submit large files or attachments electronically. Permission requests must be embedded into the text of your e-mail. Any e-mail with attachments will be deleted.
Subject line should state - PMR: organization, event, and date of event.
You will receive a contract which must be filled out and faxed back within five (5) days. Failure to produce this contract if asked about logo or name usage will result in legal consequences.
Examples of appropriate inquiries:
- Charities to which we have contributed
- Businesses & events in which we are in partnership
- Award committees on which we are nominated
- Retailers that carry our line
Examples of inappropriate inquires:
- For personal financial gain
- If you have no business ties to B. Square Clothing whatsoever
- If the event/situation is un-related to B. Square Clothing
If you are using the B. Square Clothing name or logo on your own personal website (non-business related), there is no need to submit a written inquiry.
Sponsorship Requests
B. Square Clothing and Entertainment, Inc. sponsors a set amount of events/charities/organizations each year.
Requests must be submitted six (6) months prior to your event. Submissions are only accepted electronically to marketing@bsquareclothing.com. We have a strict policy on deadline due to our partitioning of the fiscal budget. Sponsorship requests that do not adhere to the deadline will not be accepted, considered, or read.
Submissions should be no longer than one-page, double-spaced. A short, well-written and concise synopsis is greatly appreciated. Requests should include exactly what is needed. Example: number of outfits, what size, what styles, how much sponsorship dollars is needed, if clothing is being returned, etc. Style number and color waves can be found at our on-line buy site - http://www.bsquareclothing.com
If we require a PowerPoint or report of your event, we will ask for it. Do not submit large files or attachments electronically. Submission requests must be embedded into the text of your e-mail. Any e-mails with attachments will be deleted.

Marketing/Advertising Requests

Internships
B. Square Clothing accepts internships for Spring, Fall, and Summer. All potential interns should submit a resume and cover letter specifying their desired department to: career@bsquareclothing.com
Due to the high volume of responses, we are unable to respond to each inquiry individually. If your resume matches our company's current needs, we will contact you.
- Internships are for school credit only. All applicants must be currently matriculating at an accredited institute of higher learning.
- Interns must be at least 18 years old.
- All internships are located in Denver, CO. There is no re-location assistance available and we will give Denver residents first priority.
- You must specify the exact department in which you'd like to intern. We will discard unspecified intern submissions.
Internship Submissions Dates & Deadlines:
Spring: January 15th - May 15th: must received by October 15th
Fall: September 15th - December 15th: must received by June 15th
Summer: May 15th - August 30th: must be received by February 15th
